Transparent Organizations, Private Teams
Organizational structures and processes need to be as transparent as possible to its members in an internally open space. Teams need private spaces to do their work before presenting results to other teams within the public organization space. Enterprise collaboration takes place in the inter-team organizational spaces, while intra-team collaboration takes place within team rooms.
